Events Don’t Raise Money. People Do.


That basic philosophy has been the driving force behind the services of PJH & Associates since its founding more than 35 years ago.

While the COVID-19 pandemic changed the traditional event model, the fundraising has continued – and is more important than ever.  PJH & Associates continues to work closely with our clients to successfully navigate the “new” and still-evolving way of doing things to reach and exceed financial goals. 

Events change – the need for funding does not. 


 

This PJH sign, which hangs in our conference room, is a daily reminder of the scale and scope of our work with Chicago’s corporate and not-for-profit communities.

 

We are proud of our partnerships with so many great institutions and organizations.

As we look at the sign, we can’t help but recall our role with signature events like the openings of Millennium Park, the United Center, The Modern Wing, Lurie Children’s Hospital, the city’s Olympic Bid, and so many others. 

We are equally proud of the numerous organizations with whom we have partnered on their annual awards dinner and galas – many for decades. We recognize that these events are a critical source of funding for organizations across the city. 

We are more committed than ever to helping them succeed in the new virtual space.  The PJH role hasn’t changed – we make sure the priority is always on the fundraising outcome. 

In 2019 alone, PJH & Associates projects helped raise a combined total of $70 Million for our clients and the fundraising has continued! Throughout the pandemic, no question that things look different, but the funds were still raised. 2023 is back in full swing with in-person events and organizations are reaching new levels of success.

People ask us which is our favorite event.  The answer is easy: it’s the next one.


Experience has taught us that proper planning is the key to success. Our meticulous attention to detail is how we help our clients get results time after time. "Good enough" isn't good enough at PJH & Associates.
