Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum's Butterfly Ball

The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum is closely following the rapidly changing news of the risks associated with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. With the Center for Disease Control recommendation that no event that involves more than 50 people should occur in the next 8 weeks – we regrettably must cancel the Butterfly Ball on May 1, 2020.

In the coming months stay tuned for details on how we will celebrate the Nature Museum community and recognize this year's honorees:

and its Institute of Environmental Sustainability (IES)
7th Annual Leadership in Science and Education Award

4th Annual Butterfly Award
for exemplary leadership to the institution

The Nature Museum’s mission is to create a positive relationship between people and nature through collaborations, education, research and collections, exhibits and public forums that foster urban connections to our region’s nature and science.
