TIME: 6:00 p.m. Reception; 7:00 p.m. Dinner and Program

PARKING:
Valet Parking is $44 in front of hotel at 120 East Delaware Place | Self-Parking is $41 in 900 North Michigan Building – you can enter parking garage on Rush Street or Walton Street. Both rates are for 4-10 hours.

Then make a donation designated to “Celebration” in the amount of how many tickets you would like. Reminder tickets are $275 each. If you would like to pay by check, please click below to register. Please make the check out to Providence St. Mel School. Place in Jeanette’s mailbox in the PSM Office or give to Laura Dixon.
