WELCOME TO TRIBUTE TO ACHIEVEMENT 2025!
Thank you for helping girls Embrace Possibilities!
On behalf of our entire team at Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our 2025 Tribute to Achievement Dinner. Your support of our mission means the world to us, and more significantly, to the young women we serve.
We have a wonderful evening in front of us. We are pleased to salute three extraordinary friends of Girl Scouts who share our commitment to empower girls to be themselves, embrace the world around them, and discover, welcome, and explore the limitless possibilities that exist. Tonight we honor Laura Ricketts, Chicago Stars Executive Chairperson, Cubs Charities Board Chair, and Chicago Cubs Board Member, with our Luminary Award; BMO with our Corporate Award; and Sue Major, Founder and CEO, Major Executive Search, with our Girl Scout’s Own Award. We look forward to the opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for all they have done, and continue to do, for girls in our region.
Girls are the heart of everything we do. Tonight you have an opportunity to hear in their words what Girl Scouting means to them. We encourage you to ask the girls questions and listen to their stories. You will be amazed and impressed.
Our Girl Scouts are the heart of tonight’s gathering. Our goal is to provide them with diverse programs that build confidence, develop essential life skills, and empower them to overcome challenges—shaping a brighter future for themselves and the world around them.
We are proud of our work, but it’s your critical support that makes it possible. Thank you for standing with us!
Enjoy your night.
